Organizational Issues in Presidents
There are, sadly, and one sees them, if you follow thas institutions that turn over precedents. And either they're remarkably bad at their judgment as to whom they are interested in having. Or more likely, there are organizational issues that make it very difficult for a present to succeed. People who want badly to be a president will go to a place without much careful analysis about whether it is, in fact, a place that they will be successful.
