Is Your Ego Defences Up?

Don't judge your life by the advice that you try to apply. You have to go out there and give it a lot of effort, do it honestly. If you're getting these two things in your life, then you're probably already doing that. Don't think about what will happen if you don't feel good about yourself. There's no one right way to get better or worse at anything. We can all learn from each other but we must also be our own worst enemies.
