The ideal structure is an llc that would hold the property or properties. The l o s's job is to do two things, protect and insulate the inside liability. From the outside perspective, it doesn't really matter how many llc you have, because they're all gong to function. Whether it's one or ten, it's till going to protect basically the same from an outside attack.
