The World's Worst Neighbor

Pete Donaldson wakes up every morning to the sound of banging. His new neighbour has OCD and locks his front door 10 times a day. Pete says he doesn't want to confront him about it as he's not sure how he'll react. The only reason I haven't opened the door at 7 a.m is because I'm sympathetic to people with OCD.
