I think that's also one of the other reasons that it works well is because, you know, you're not dogmatic about anything. And I am in no way advocating for anyone to lose weight to be faster. I truly like, I don't really believe that's the case. So yeah, it's all about what the athlete needs at the right time to help them improve their performance with the idea that we want them to be in the sport for a long time.
