Without a trusting relationship of mentement relationship will fall apart. We've developed a whole programme in that area, because it's so important. I wrote a book with sindy homstead, who'v been studying trust for many years and found ot so many different definitions. Hand we develop what we call the a, b, c, d aspect of trust. A is ability. First, you trust that the person's got the skills necessary to do what you're talking about. B, is believable. You know that if they say something, you can count on it. And then finally, d, is dependable. Where do they show up or they keep on cancelling stuff
