If you take away the cars that are blocking your way, you can get started. So if i work on it for ten minutes, guess what? I'll be half way done and my kitchen will be cleaner than it was before. We're just practising it. This executive function thing is a mother it socks. But that is one of the most effective ways that i've found to just get started. And honestly, once you go longer than ten minutes you go, sometimes you will actually build up the momentum, and that will kick you into gear. It's not about the end.
