The bourgeois class had accumulated so much what we could at this point even call capital that it indirectly held all the all the power in the particular state. In a potential socialist revolution the image is very different because the proletariat you know cannot reform its way into a position of of great comfort and then also choose to overthrow the capitalist system for 700 reasons. It's super interesting how if you lived in that time it would have been absolutely unimaginable that somebody could hold more power and control over be it the state or just everyday regular life, he says.
