Some people on certain types of work just are fundamentally slower than others. There may be some something to this, it's just the inefficiencies aggregate and they are just slower. On the other hand, we have this other potential issue which you hint at here - a mindset issue about adulting. If that's what's going on here, Natalie, he probably just needs to grow the hell up.
