How to Measure Maximum Group Strength

I probably not even worry about doing it straight away after because sometimes, as you know, with the treatment, you might make it a bit worse. So I will always measure that in the beginning and then at least, you know, you've seen somebody a couple of times already have a good objective measure. At each of those measures using maximal group strength, hold it for about three seconds. And then I do it, I repeat it three times. But ideally I try and go for three scores because it gives you an idea also in between the three, what happens. Whether or not he started really well and it dipped quite a bit by the last one, whether it's a fluctuate
