Turkey and Russia in the Middle of a Cold War War - Is America a Good Allies?

Russia has offered Turkey a deal to withdraw the SDF from some of these border areas in exchange for Turkey not doing an actual kinetic invasion this is exactly what Russia wants. The Kurds don't want that because it's giving up their autonomy but it they may have to accept it and much will depend on the U.S. Will the United States say yes or no? We'll see Erdogan might just say you know that's not good enough.
