Adrienne: You can get by yourself for a little bit. Then you're ultimately going to burn out. Your family's going to disappear, all those other things. And then when you're in that leadership position, do you say, as it's been said in, in, in print recently, man, I appreciate they sold their family dog and dedicated and sacrificed them to self to the organization? That's not the model of leadership we need in the world because it's very short sided. So like being with people in the most crucial conversations, their lives, the most meaningful conversations, the most vital, that's what matters to us.
