Chinese businesses are organized by those holding companies 100% owned by SaaSAC, and therefore the Chinese state. The groups cooperate and coordinate the business strategy instead of competing against each other. They also own a finance company, which finances the companies, and work with research institutes to carry out scientific and research development for the entire group.
