The Importance of Separating Overheads From Revenue
Marcel: So far strategically we are aligned on everything that Adam has just said in terms of like looking at the bottom line is not adequate. The key thing here is separate overheads from you know delivery and what it costs you to earn revenue so that to your point you can understand what the driver of profits going up or down are. Marcel: I don't think there's no right or wrong and I think if we get down if you're not saying you want to do this I don't believe this I'm saying this is my opinion. If the argument is which is right or wrong I think we have the wrong argument.
