The alarm bells are going off, as Gary says, at Leicester. It's just vitally important that we stay up and then make sure we become recruit world because it wasn't easy for him. There aren't that many great managers out there. They can't afford to wait a week or test the market. They have to get someone straight away. If a manager can come in the next 24 hours, get them going, get them playing and get them safe - that's worrying. I think time in as well, Kelly is key. But when you're in a rotten run and your confidence is lower than the Snake's belly, it's really tough and every game is so hard.
