Go to your GP and get put on a referral waiting list. If there's nothing you can do, then think about a different GP in the same practice. Make sure you have a quick chat about shared care as well. Big advice on filling in the ASRS, the ADHD self report scale before you go in is really important. And that means thinking about how we think and thinking about our behaviours can be a problem.
