Product Culture - How Does a Product Organization Make Decisions?
Product culture has external aspects and internal aspect to it. For instance, if you work in a consumer product world versus an enterprise product world decision making likely will have to be different because the nature of the product and life cycle of the product launches are different. And so start from being familiar with those aspects both externally and internally.
