Forecasting - How to Estimate Revenue
A lot of PMs manage products that fall into this category or features. You don't charge for them separately, so it's hard to tell how much revenue they're generating. One thing you can do is go through an exercise with your colleagues and customers,. If you can, ask how much would customers pay for this if we sold this product a la carte. And doing this will give you an idea of how much value your product is generating.
