Sanctions on Russia, Russia Can't Trade With Us. Markets, Right?

CNN's John Sutter says the U.S. did not want to do this, but was under pressure from all sides. The sanctions against russia are pulling them out of a specific trading in the uns and state-owned institutions can't trade with or in us markets. "It's a pretty big blow in some ways, but it's not an immediate one," writes Sutter.
