Polyphasic Sleep, Is That Really How We Should Sleep?

There is nothing in our biology that would suggest that's how we should be sleeping. You're not designed to be highly polyphasic, your sleep,. meaning multiple bouts of sleep. The only time that we do that is when we're infants. And i actually think there is an argument for this because if you look at a hunter gatherer tribes, whose way of life hasn't changed for thousands of years, they don't sleep the way that we do. So i think madernity, you could argue, has actually dislocated us from how on ta edict of sleep schedule.
