I don't think that if paid in cash, um, it would ever be tolerated. It's not just an issue of tax policy of the government ad stuff about rules on that. People like trying to understate their income for some reason. I think moving away from cash is you can pay people a lot more if you don't do it in cash. The hardest thing is if you do it incash. And if you receive other sorts of benefits, it's not so easy. Oh, stock has, you can argue that its performance based. But of course, you can pay out cash in large performance bonises. So i just, i think that yout generally make less money
