The Importance of Asking Questions

I think the main thing is that people should be confident to ask the questions. It's okay if you don't know the answer. You're trying to take the time to build, to find someone where you can build a relationship that becomes an asset. I saw something years ago, it was with regard to education, but the statement was made that children are natural people who ask questions. And the challenge is to remain a child as you grow up.
