The Importance of Character in Venture Capital

I'm wondering if Plato and Aristotle or your philosophy has informed the way that you approach those issues yeah that's a great observation I think. The first chapter of the book accounts a lot of my personal life and the reasons I did something like I interviewed to become a case officer for the CIA which was an experience but it is also about identifying certain types of people who might be susceptible to manipulation or to alliance. In a way it was like okay I had that background in in the ancient view of ethics but then I I saw it brought to life when I started learning about about that.
