Continuous Access to Care in the Real World
You said people need 24 hour access to care. Though, if they're in the home, it's hard for me to see how there can be continuous access. There are increasingly wonderful models of community pyramedic and mobile intigrated health care teams that are there essentially providing a reverse care. But you know, i'm sure you've seen this, most people don't have their emergencies at convenient times. They usually occur in friday night at nine p m after all the urgent care centers have closed.
