I don't think we're done by any way shape or form in the deposit pullout right I talk to people that have nothing to do with commercial real estate and they're all spending this week trying to figure out how do I diversify my three billion. That's step one step two is all these companies that are watching this happen at all these banks say okay I've lost 2% of my deposit base I got to go sell assets. And then there's a whole other cycle of more deposits walk out the door, so it could very easily turn into a pretty long slog for CRE lending broadly. So you know I'm not entirely convinced at this point that the bank situation stabilized
