Target has driven profit on a much smaller scale through, of course, they're negotiating with suppliers. People that shop at Walmart don't always also shop at Target and vice versa. For a customer like me who goes to both places, it's not differentiated. So they're interested in making sure that I don't just come to one or the other store for the low margin items.
