The Attorney General's memorandum of understanding said they also intend to target, I quote, informal conversations. So if someone comes up to you over coffee and asks you a question about something to do with LGBT issues, and if they don't like the answer, they can actually make a complaint about you based on informal conversations. Now let me be clear, this doesn't mean people are necessarily going to go to jail. The jail offenses are only for the more extreme things, like sending kids off to anti-gay camp in Russia or somewhere.
