How to Overcome Ego Challenges

I think one of the real issues that's going to come up for people is probably ego, right? And it's a sense of like, but wait, I lead product or I build software for this really hot shot company. Why would I go back to building some dinky little fie add on? Most people trying to start these apps don't succeed. They don't hit their goals. Have you seen anything help people move through that? Like, I've seen, I recognize the block, but I'm not sure what to do about it.
