Saudi Arabia flooded world market with oil to make cost of fracking uncompetitive. Oil price from peak to trough fell by close to 65%. We just don't, we have an invested in our refining business,. I mean, there's nothing prevents us from building a brand new, huge refining complex that can produce high distalate crude. Except we don't do it.
