What a Mixed Message About Love and and and Family
i feel like there was more drama that happened in mom's home environment. When i think o memories of her, the first thing that comes to mind is her sleeping at all hours of the day. And then fast forward in my life, that's one of the ways i get out of reality, draw the blinds and go to bed. You know, maybe people weren't being beat or sexually abused or yelled at, but there was a disconnect there. I think for anybody to read, but especially people who grew up in households that it just felt like something was missing. A book called rutting on empty by doctor jenise webb about emotional neglect.
