It must feel like the rest of the world has just caught up with all this AI stuff in the last couple of months. For many businesses, AI is a very new thing, especially for small businesses who have not even been thinking about AI because they felt it was not relevant to them. But when applied to the right problems, you're going to see significant benefit very early on. And we surveyed 1000 support professionals and found that 69% of leaders are planning to invest more in AI in the coming year.
