How Do You Start a Research by Research Process?
When i began a project, my first goal is to talk to the internal team. It's all about a question and answer process. So i start with colder interviews, essentially. And those kind of conversations really do set the stage for the rest of the user research that becomes the questions i ask and surveys. Even usability test stying and things like that at all plays a part in making sure that we're finding the right answers.
