What's Your Favorite Silent Horror Film?
i have to credit my grandma with indirectly introducing me to this film. She would always visit charity shops, and if there was a book that was even slightly spooky, she would get hold of it for me. And one of the books she brought back was like a child's guide to dracula and vampires. It did become the second vint horfilm i saw, after the phantom of the opera. You know, it can be appreciated and forensically studied as an art film, but it's also just a rollicking good horace story.
