How to Talk Differently With People

I had to learn how to talk differently. I got some feedback after my first year or two of running this business and I, about how I had made certain people feel. And part of me is because I do have a stronger personality. My initial reaction was get over, it becomes stronger. But I realize it's a somewhat of a meet me in the middle thing. It's true people can come along to be more like you but it's also true that people are who they are.
