Do You Think the FCC Blocks a Deal?

This is the first time they've ever blocked a deal like this and basically it allows the FCC commissioner to block a deal kind of unilaterally without going to the full commission. I think that if you look at the people running the media bureau these are really the chairman's people and that they're completely aligned so I don't think the deal gets done if you bring it to the commission but there's a difference between licensed transfers and antitrust suits.
