How to Choose the Right Contractor for Your Project
For a contractor, how would you know whether or not they're good quality and organized? I wouldn't automatically go with the architect's favorite contract. We have to look at it from the perspective of the history, the health of the company. It's not the contractor, it's the superintendent and partly the project manager you're going to get. And their experience and how they are to work with.
