In to day's world, it's so easy to compare yourself with someone else's life and what they're doing. And in fact, ie as much as inster gram and facebook and a lot of social nedal platforms are great, is all you see is the high light snippets of people life. It's not the whole picture, and it's nobody's whold picture, right? A majority, 99 % of human beings are not like, oh, i'm in this really dark place, a really tough place, right now,. You're just trying to fight through the emotions or whatever you're experiencing in order to survive through that moment - however you kind of process it.
