Communication Is Very Important

Communication is very important we can all agree with that and we've all been in those moments no doubt where it's a conversation with family member or our best friend. We sometimes feel that maybe we didn't communicate in the best way or there was a problem in place so before I get into like the methods of communication I want to discuss things called cognitive biases. okay so next time I'm prepared I'm going to go and have a conversation with someone they're going to try and justify something that I'm trying to explain againstI'll discuss the other side of the opinion towards and what I have to understand then is why am I feeling angry at how can I avoid that from turning this way
