How Did You Know You Need to Become a Direct to Consumer Brand?
When did you realize that you needed to shift your business model to more direct to consumer in order to grow and thrive? I think it was the first year when we launched our web side. And a year after we'd launched it, and quickly a, i mean, the sight didyo 300 thousand that year. All of a sudden was our own channel. That's what i knew, like, who this is actually really, really something, and we should defily keep our eyes on it.
