He says the inability of Trump to actually respond specifically to any sort of claim and to offer any sort of alibi or any sort of response, you know, it does raise, certainly raises doubts for people watching the trial as to whether this is a strong case or not. The real challenge here with the foggy memory about the occurrence itself is that it does.Avlon: There's a lot of politics, I think, surrounding this.
