Is There a Leading Explanation for Overpill in Nephrodic Indrum?

It seems like some seriam proteate, whether it's plasmin or something else, ait isa, sort of leading hypothesis for overpill. There are animal studies showing that a milleri uses the sodium retension in nephrodic indrome. And there are case reports of humans who have diaretic resistant adema and responded to a milleride. But i wouldn't recommend anyone use it as the first line therape ofernprodic indrum even though mechanisticallyits kind of might work.
