There are animal studies showing that a milleri uses the sodium retension in nephrodic indrome. And there are case reports of humans who have diaretic resistant adema and responded to a milleride. But i wouldn't recommend anyone use it as the first line therape ofernprodic indrum even though mechanisticallyits kind of might work.
