The Dilemma of Non-Democracy Protests
The charges have now been dismissed. She'll find a fascinating tension in our societies of how do you – how do you democratically include non-democratic protests to laws that are under negotiation? It's when you enact them in a disturbing way to the public that they become a public concern and that was a compromise made in common law here I suppose.
