Defendant's Blood Pattern Testimony Was Critical

Dwang deever was a star witness for the prosecution in the peterson trial. He said he had been involved in 500 cases ving blood spatter. Was that true? No. In fact, he had beeninvolved in 54 cases. Deever videotaped an experiment attempting to match a blood stain on the shirt of the accused. On the second attempt, peterson says, it looks as though deever and another agent got the results they wanted.
