How to Promote Your Listings With IDX Data
CoastStar doesn't have any listings. They're not a brokerage. The only reason they got the IDX feed is because they are brokerage. I don't think IDX allows someone to go and make money and monetize somebody else's listings, which is what promoted listings would be doing. You help me sell my listings and I'll help you sell yours. But you can't monetize it is my point. And in return, what they wanted was, can we please do promoted listings?
