What Is the Learning Curve for Your Knees?

I think in terms of connectionth there is like ama connection within the body. For example, maybe i'm not conditioning the specific muscle or or this or that, but i'm making a connection within my body. I'm able to transmit force from the centre and out  and i think that's something that i never had previously in terms of strengthening a specific part. The knee was a big one, because i didn't really understand what was going on at the knee. And things like that, like working on hip flexion stuff, has been like that for me as well. It kind of completely changed the way in which my entire body orients to itself.
