Is the IPO Market Going to Be More Receptive?

Right now, the all these valuation models that that institutional buyers look at are predicated on this on an interest rate. When you don't know what that interest rate is going to be, it's very, very hard to build the models accordingly. And when markets and when markets start opening to the IPO market, the companies that go out in those environments have to be pre that premium. They have to be the best companies in their environment. The market comes back because the best of the best go out there. So we're going to be out in the form of the economy.
