The current training system is based on the hospitals and how you can integrate training with treating patients for financial reasons. Some doctors are spending a lot of time doing things that really in some ways isn't designed to improve their performance but it's more a service that they're doing to the system. i think maybe with simulators and other ways in which you can make training more effective that you would actually be able to kind of help trainees to reach measurable objective performance faster, he says.
