The Importance of Starting Small

Fiona: I just wanted to echo what Asmaraj was saying about the importance of raising the profile of languages within school. She says start in September with European day of languages make it European week of languages if you want to go further with the extra projects all those things that roots into languages is so important. Fiona: Even for very experienced teachers like us it's important to remember that it is about building the profile and not being complacent, even if languages are well embedded at your school don't be complacent she adds.
