Sally Kohn: Can you explain the impact of severance, the so-called severance packages that people in the tech industry, they're getting laid off or in financials? We're seeing certainly anecdotal announcements, lots of them from the tech sector, from financial services and of course mortgage finance. These folks get generally severance packages for at least three months, maybe as long as six months.
