Are You Cutting Your Calories?

Research shows that the amount of calories that you eat per kilogram of lean body mass matters. For example, it is not recommended that women go below 30 calories per kilogram ofLean Mass in men. You always want to be eating 25 calories perkilogram of lean mass or more. The key take away there is to use physical activity to maintain that calory deficit for as long as you can before you turn to further reducing your calorie intake.
